Infrared Macaw |

This scarlet macaw is warm-blooded just like the person holding it. Notice how the temperatures of the macaw and the person are very similar. Both are warm compared to the background. The face, legs and areas under the macaw's wings put out much more heat than the parts covered by insulating feathers.
