The tiger shown in these images is in the shade, however since he is warm-blooded,
he generates and radiates his own heat. Notice the warmest areas -
the eyes, ears and open mouth. These are areas where the tiger's internal
heat is more easily radiated since they are covered with much less skin and fur.
