Infrared Burritos and Quesadilla

The images below show two burritos and a quesadilla after they have been heated in a microwave oven. In these images, you can clearly see the distribution of heat as shown by the different colors. The coolest areas, shown in dark blue, are at the inside edges of the two burritos, and in the center of the quesadilla. The warmest regions are near the outside edges.
